Expert Emotional Education
Emotion Explorers is a 5 week course aimed at 5 to 11 year olds, designed to improve emotional recognition, expression and regulation. We also offer One to One Emotional Development Sessions.
Mindful Creative Workshops
Our children’s Art & Craft workshops are always planned with wellbeing at the heart of the task.
