Upcoming Events

Together we are hosting an outdoor holistic, trauma informed, group support session for parents to reflect on their pregnancy and birth. We will combine mindfulness, movement, connecting with nature and uniting with other parents, to offer a safe, nurturing and healing experience. We hope to build a community of parents who can build genuine relationships with one another. The “picture perfect” nature of Social Media may make us shy away from sharing our birth experiences. Sometimes we might feel we “failed” if we didn’t have the birth we had hoped for. We want to build a safe space to share and debrief on all birth experiences… honest and unfiltered.

It does not matter if you are weeks, months or years post-birth. If you would like a safe and gentle environment to de-brief about your birthing experience, you are welcome to join us!
